Talkswitch is now Multi Lingual

January 14th, 2008 · No Comments

All Talkswitch models, running software version 5.0 or later, now have multi lingual capability. Talkswitch prompts can use English, French, or Spanish. Up to 3 languages can be loaded onto VS models, and 2 languages on the 48-CA and 48-CVA. Also, each extension can have it’s own language preference. You have always had the option of recording messages in any language you want of course, but, Talkswitch voice prompts were always still in English (voicemail, “one moment please”, etc). This is no longer the case.

Many companies today need the ability to serve customers (callers) in their language. You now have a complete way of doing so with Talkswitch.
